This report details how the BIAS Consortium conducted thorough desk and empirical research, consulting with a diverse range of stakeholders. Central to this effort is the goal of consolidating knowledge on AI applications and fairness in the labour market, laying the foundation for designing the Debiaser and other project initiatives, such as the ALTAI (Assessment List for Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence).
