01 Co-creation workshops

will allow the BIAS project to engage in robust stakeholder collaboration, providing a growing platform for a two-way engagement between researchers and interested citizens throughout the entirety of the project.

02 Capacity building activities

will mainly engage AI specialists, HRM specialists, and workers representatives. They aim to foster the development of better technology and institute better practices in the AI and HRM communities by integrating concerns about biases into their daily workflow and strategic considerations.

03 Awareness Raising Sessions

will consist of in-person national workshops and online sessions sharing the result of the BIAS technical developments and ethnographic interviews.
