For instance, Bloomberg reported that OpenAI’s ChatGPT 3.5 displayed racial bias in hiring-related questions, ranking resumes in a way that favoured certain racial backgrounds. This highlights the urgent need for AI specialists to prioritize fairness when developing these tools.
